Melting Point and solubility: mp 199~202,Freely soluble in water. Soluble in alkalies, pyridine, glacial acetic acid. Sparingly soluble in methanol ,alcohol and acetic ester. Indissoluble in ether, chloroform ,benzene and petroleum ether.
